Balance By Li offers a comprehensive screening and evaluation to assess your balance, gait and functional movement. An individualized exercise program will be created just for you that incorporate strength and balance exercises to help you move with confidence in your home and community, and reduce your risk for falls.

As physical therapists and movement experts, Balance By Li can help you. We will evaluate your physical condition and your current exercise routine to create a program that is tailored for your fitness goals. Each session is one hour long and can be done in your home or community fitness center.
If you suffer from arthritis pain or balance problems, Balance By Li can incorporate this program into your routine to improve muscular strength, flexibility, balance and fitness. It is based on Sun style and unique Qigong component, which has a powerful healing ability. It contains all the essential principles of Tai Chi and the movements are safe. At Balance by Li, we can help you experience a faster recovery after surgery to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible. Have you been scheduled for a total joint replacement surgery or are considering having one performed? Are you curious about what exercises are safe to perform before your surgery or if they are even necessary? At Balance By Li, we will teach you low-level, light-intensity strengthening and stretching exercises that will help you before and after your surgery for a better recovery. Our therapist will take into consideration your range of motion, functional impairments and pain to provide a pre-hab plan designed just for you.
All of the services you receive will be one-on-one with your therapist. A comprehensive screening and evaluation to assess your balance, functional movement and fitness level will be performed during the initial visit. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing.
