We will evaluate your physical condition and your current exercise routine to create a program that is tailored for your fitness goals. Each session is one hour long and can be done in your home or community fitness center.

At Balance by Li, we can help you experience a faster recovery after surgery to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible. Have you been scheduled for a total joint replacement surgery or are considering having one performed? Are you curious about what exercises are safe to perform before your surgery or if they are even necessary? At Balance By Li, we will teach you low-level, light-intensity strengthening and stretching exercises that will help you before and after your surgery for a better recovery. Our therapist will take into consideration your range of motion, functional impairments and pain to provide a pre-hab plan designed just for you.
